Instructions for Students:
- जिन विद्यार्थियों ने गलत योजना के तहत आवेदन किया है, वे अपने लॉगिन से अनुरोध उत्पन्न कर सकते हैं। इसके बाद कॉलेज अपने स्तर पर मौजूदा शैक्षणिक सत्र के आवेदन को डिलीट कर सकते हैं, जिससे विद्यार्थी सही योजना चुन सकेंगे।
- 2025-26 सत्र से, PMS-SC छात्रवृत्ति योजना के लिए आवेदन करने वाले सभी छात्रों के लिए
One-Time Registration (OTR)प्राप्त करना अनिवार्य है। छात्रों को OTR, NSP वेब पोर्टल (https://scholarships.gov.in)) और NSP मोबाइल ऐप के माध्यम से प्राप्त करना होगा। OTR प्राप्त करने के बाद, छात्रों को PMS-SC छात्रवृत्ति के लिए केवल State Scholarship Portal (हर-छात्रवृत्ति) पर आवेदन करना होगा। छात्रवृत्ति के लिए NSP पोर्टल पर आवेदन करने की आवश्यकता नहीं है, क्योंकि NSP पोर्टल का उपयोग केवल OTR प्राप्त करने के लिए किया जाना है। Steps to generate One-Time Registration (OTR) from NSP portal

Instructions for Institutes:
For Haryana Institutes
- All institutes must immediately add or update their courses through the College Login under the “Manage Course” option in the left menu.
- Timely updates are essential; if courses are not updated, students will not be able to apply for scholarships, as only active courses added by the institutes will be visible to them.
- A list of courses based on previous academic sessions has already been added to each College Login for convenience. Institutes must mark these pre-listed courses as either Active or Inactive.
- To add a new course, use the “Add New Course” button in the College Login.
For Outside Haryana Institutes
- Institutes located outside Haryana that have not received login credentials for the scholarship portal should email their request to the Scholarship Helpdesk (helpdeskscholarship@highereduhry.ac.in).
- Starting from the 2024-25 session, institutes outside Haryana must:
- Obtain a login ID for the scholarship portal.
- Add details of courses and assign a nodal officer within their login.
- After completing this, students will be able to apply for scholarships through the portal.
- Institutes are responsible for verifying student applications and forwarding them for the next level of verification.

Therefore the Govt. of India and Govt. of Haryana are always putting their efforts to attract the students towards Higher Education.
"Har-Chhatravratti" is a centralized portal developed by the Department of Higher Education that provides one stop solution for end-to-end scholarship process right from submission of application, verification and disbursal to end beneficiary. Keeping in view the State Government’s commitment to make beneficiary-oriented schemes easily accessible, seamless and transparent, a centralized State Scholarship Portal has been developed by bringing in 16 scholarship schemes of 7 major department of the government under a single platform.
"Har-Chhatravratti" Portal emerges as one of the most prominent scholarship portal that offers three tier verification of the application. Student Application form got verified from three levels i.e. Institute, University/Nodal Body and Head Office thus ensuring the complete authentication of the applicant. This portal is also integrated with state flagship programme i.e. Parivar Pehchan Patra (PPP) scheme of Haryana Government. In order to avail the benefits of scholarship schemes of the state government, it is mandatory for each applicant to have Parivar Pehchan Patra (PPP). Har-chhatrvratti portal would also include the students of Haryana domicile who are studying outside Haryana. Such application would directly be verified by the concerned department.
